“They were very rude the old lady and Sam they called the cops on us and refused to help us the worst customer service ever”

“Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!”

“the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice”

“In 4 days no one cleaned our room. We were only given 2 small bars of soap, and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No extractor fan in bathroom.”

“The in room hot tub was fabulous! The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The breakfast was standard. The indoor heated pool was too cold. I never got all the way in. Everyone I talked to said it was cold as well.”

“Our check in was at 3:00 PM. We arrived around 4:30 PM but the check in line was extremely long so we left and came back later. We returned around 6:30 PM and waited about 40 minutes only to be told our room was still not ready and it could be another two hours. We came back around 9:30 PM and were given keys to Room 200 but the room had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs and were given another room but those keys did not work so we had to go back again. When we finally got into the...
